My favorite restaurant in Los Angeles.
When the chips arrive request the ranchero salsa. It's like warm marinara. The patron margarita is a beverage I want to live inside of. Friendly staff and super festive interior. I love in the waiting area how there is a glass case filled with miniature worlds, whether it be Halloween or Christmas. This place is simply magical. Also the last place Sharon Tate and her friends ate before meeting their fate with the Manson family. This place has a long history, and I've celebrated many life events here. I'll love you forever El Coyote!! ??bae
This is an LA institution. The salsa and chips are sooo yummy
Be careful not to fill up. This place is over 80 years old.
It's menu is very Mexican American traditional. Giant plates
Filled with your favorites, relleno S, enchiladas, tacos, burritos,
Fajitas, Mexican rice and creamy retried beans. Their steak
And shrimp fajitas are great.
They have a great Margarita list. My favorite is the Cadillac.
It's a big place, always busy, but usually not long wait.
Staff dress is traditional and decor makes for fun with big flowers & twinkling lights. Soo cute & fun and a treasure in Weho.
Great drinks fast service and the food was awesome!!. I recommend the enchalada howard. It was great!!
The BEST authentic mexican food place to go to. Get the salsa verde chicken enchilada and a scratch margarita. You'll immediately understand why
The food is great but forget about that because the margaritas are perfect - not the usual too-much mixer, light on the booze kind - strong and tasty.
Then there's the 85 flippin years in business - legendary.
If you go Wed - Sure ask for Pepe's section.
He's the best and we always request him.
