Always....always....allllways, the best prepared vegetables...period! Always good to eat. All in CONUS Chinese is American Fusion, p e r i o d ! The man is more Southern American in his prep, but, as you can see from most of the reviews, it all works out. Do NOT pay attention to the meanies who make comments that seem to contrast the majority! One said she got some digestive issues....I could be meaner than her, but, I will say her illness was from something "else", because I have NEVER been ill from eating at Nims...ever....I've eaten there more times than I can count. Some folks don't know the fight this man fought to get here in the United States, to breathe freedom & then to embrace it. Rock ON NIMS! I love y'all!! I can't figure where the bad reviews are coming from? Even under pressure, my experience has always been above average. I guess my words are best, and it's CONSISTENCY. Veggies are always FRESH, never overpowered with seasoning, and never overcooked...that's critical. The spring & egg rolls are perfect. The CHICKEN WINGS......OOOOOHHHH LORD! The sweet / sour / sriracha sauce??? I think ? WOW..AMAZING! Get over here, make a plate, sit down, and eat! 10-4?

The best Chinese take out I have ever had. We stayed at the Holiday Inn nearby and ordered it for pick up. The food was fresh, crisp, and nicely seasoned. It was very good!

Sucks big donkey d*ck. My girlfriend and I got buffet made 1 plate and made no return visits to buffet bar but was charged an additional $5 per plate because there was some food left on our plates,. Ridiculous, I watched someone get a buffet plate to go that had twice as much food as I did on my one plate. I guess if your a fat ass you don't have to pay any extra for 10 trips to their sh**ty buffet.

My boyfriend and myself ate there last night for the buffet. Neither of us are very big eaters and left about 25% maybe a little more, each of food on our plates. (So what if we wanted a little taste of what looked appealing?) When the waitress came to pick up our plates, she informed us that there will be a $5.00 charge for uneaten food. Are you serious? I being penalized for not licking my plate? We totally felt like we were being treated like children and will NEVER be back. There's too many other choices for that s***! I understand many people take advantage of buffet restaurants...but to treat us like that because we're not a couple of fat asses that need 10 trips to the buffet for some sesame chicken? Please!

Cozy eating area. Not a big selection at the buffet. Food was okay.
